Director. Recipient of Louis Jouvet trophy for Best Director in the Canadian International Finals of the Dominion Drama Festival in 1964, Kerr made a significant contribution to the Canadian theatre scene. In 1975 he founded the Western Canada Theatre and served as the Artistic Director of the Neptune Theatre in Halifax between 1983-1986.
