He is an Associate Artist at the Royal Shakespeare Company, worked at Chichester Festival Theatre from 2009-2016 and has run Lighting Departments across the UK as Head of lighting in many regional theatres (Tim Mitchell website).
I am also a fellow at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
