The action of the play takes place in the Palace of Charles II; a wharf-side; the Navy Office; the Tower of London; the House of Commons; and the deck of the Royal Charles Time, 1670. Pinter was contracted for 'First Official, & double if required.' He was paid twenty-six guineas. |
