Actor. Born in Sunderland, Riddell is perhaps best known for his appearances on television dramas such as Endeavour (2012-2019), a prequel to the long-running Inspector Morse television series, and Bodyguard (2018), as well as appearances in films such as Star Wars VII: the Force Awakens (2015), Legend (2015) and
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009). Prior to much of his work on screen, Riddell performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) in 2011 and Shakespeare's Globe in 2006 and 2013, as well as appearances at the Royal Court, Almeida and Soho Theatre.
