Actor and screenplay writer. Forbes began his career on stage and screen on the 1940s using the stage name Julian Dallas. He moved to the US in the 1950s to take on film work. He returned to the UK in the 1960s and worked in television. He was encouraged in his writing career by Harold Pinter and write screenplays in the 1960s and 1970s.
