A flexible space located within the Bristol Old Vic complex used for staging and touring small-scale productions. 'Over the years this space [became] most notable for nurturing new talent, having seen the likes of Daniel Day-Lewis, Pete Postlethwaite and Sophie Thompson pass through its doors before they established their careers.' It had a seating capacity of 150 (Wikipedia); after renovation, a new 188 seat Studio performance space opened in 2018 (BOV website).
