The taxi driver in Victoria Station has never heard of this, one of London's largest railway stations.
The taxi driver in Victoria Station claims to be outside Crystal Palace, which was originally located in Hyde Park, London, and relocated to this park in Penge from 1854 to 1936, when it was ravaged by fire and destroyed. Pinter's character, then, could not have been at his stated location.
