Actor and director. Doyle has worked in television, theatre, film and radio. She started out at the Theatre Royal Windsor and then worked in repertory theatre for 7 years. Following this she also moved into television, film and radio. Leaving the acting, Doyle embarked on a career directing professional productions in repertory and on the fringe, drama school projects and final productions and pantomimes. She also founded her own company, Terra Firma, and taught at American universities. She has also worked at length with Northern Ballet, in London, where she is an associate artist (Patricia Doyle website).
